Our Story

From a young age, Serge Rochon was immersed in the world of home renovations. With his stepfather being a seasoned window and door installer, Serge learned the fundamental principles of the trade early on. After graduating high school, he took a significant step in his career by joining his uncle's home renovation business, specializing in windows, doors, and siding—the very areas his stepfather excelled in.

Years later, Serge transitioned to Polar Bear Windows and Doors, a prominent manufacturer with a dedicated installation department. Over 11 years at Polar Bear, he honed his skills across various roles, including product sourcing, installations, and customer service. This diverse experience equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of both the product and its application in real-world scenarios.

In 2012, backed by 14 years of invaluable experience, Serge took a bold step and founded Complete Windows & Doors. Together with his dedicated installations and production team, Complete Windows & Doors boasts over 150 years of combined expertise in the windows, doors, and siding renovation sectors. Serge’s wife Marie joined the CompleteWD team full time in 2018. Marie brings extensive experience in the property management field and her contribution to CompleteWD is invaluable. Serge And Marie understand the critical importance of quality products, exceptional customer service, and expert installations—elements that are fundamental to any successful renovation.
