At a very young age, Serge learned the key principles to installing windows and doors as his stepfather was a window and door installer. Fresh out of high school, Serge started working full time for his uncle who owned a home renovation business that specialized in windows, doors, and siding which his stepfather installed for. Once his uncle retired a few years later, Serge went to work full time for Polar Bear windows and doors. A window and door manufacturer that had a professional installation department. Serge worked at Polar Bear for 11 years and handled sales, ordering, installations and service. 

In 2011, with 13 full years of experience in the windows, doors, and siding renovation market, Serge started his own company, Complete Home Exteriors. After 3 successful years, Serge decided to make a small name change to Complete Windows & Doors to reflect more on what we specialize in, Windows and Doors. Between Serge and his installations and production team, Complete WD offers over 100 years of combined experience in windows, doors, and siding renovations.
